★ 항공편명 및 손님정보는 꼭 메모에 남겨주셔야 원활한 픽업샌딩진행이 이루어 질 수 있습니다.

1. 공항 픽업 시 이용 방법
- 주간(09:00~22:59)
* 비행기 도착 후 이용자가 TK트래블로 SNS나 전화로 연락을 주면 TK트래블측에서 차량기사에게 연락을 취해 바로 미팅장소로 차량을 보내서 손님을 미팅.
- 야간( 23:00~08:59)
* 인천국제공항 제 1터미널은 C출구 스타벅스 앞에서 기사 미팅
* 인천국제공항 제 2터미널은 A출구 GS25 앞에서 기사 미팅
2. 공항샌딩 시 이용방법
* 주/야간 상관없이 정해준 시간에 호텔 또는 게스트하우스 앞에 기사 및 차량 대기

1. How to use - Airport pick-up
- Day time
* Upon arriving at Incheon Airport, contact to the free Airport wifi and inform us of your
arrival through SNS. We will contact the driver. Please meet the driver at the meeting point.
- Night time
* Terminal 1: Entrance Hall 〝C〞Starbucks coffee (public telephone booth) Front
* Terminal 2: Entrance Hall 〝A〞In front of GS25 convenience store (mobile charing area)

• 예약자 성함과 연락처 확인 불가시 이용불가능합니다.
• 성인과 소인 요금은 동일 요금이 적용됩니다.
• 정확한 숙소 주소를 입력해주셔야 합니다.
• 배차가 불가능할 경우 24시간 내로 연락드립니다.
• 잘못된 정보입력으로 잘못된 배차 시 환불 불가합니다.
• Please make the reservation at least 2 days before redemption day.
• Pick-up service will not be provided if name and contacts are not available.
• Same rates for adults and kids.
• Accommodation details must be input correctly.
• If the pick-up service is not available, TK Travel will contact customers within 24 hours.
• Refund shall not be processed if the details are not input correctly.
*폭우로 인한 차량이 이동이 불가능한 날을 제외한 비가 와도 정상 출발합니다. 기상 악화시 날짜 변경 및 전액 환불 해드립니다.
*출발 인원 부족 및 여행사의 긴급 상황등 불가피한 사항 발생 시 전액 환불해드립니다.
*당일 교통 상황 변화에 의하여 전 일정 진행 못 했을 시 환불 불가합니다.
*출발 14일 전에 취소 시 전액 환불
*출발 7일 전에 취소 시 50%비용 환불
*출발 1일~6일 전 취소 시 환불 불가
*Unless the weather situation is not suitable for driving, pick-up service will remain normal. Reschedule of departure day or refund will be arranged due to inclement weather.
*100% Refund will be arranged due to insufficient participant number or emergency
*No refund will be arranged due to unsatisfactory traffic condition.
• 100% refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 14 days before departure.
• 50% refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 7 days before departure.
• No refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 1~6 days before departure.
